April 27, 1971	Residents vote to form " Park and Recreation District".
December 1971	Residents vote to borrow money to buy out Tri-Par Land Development Corp.
March, 1980	25th anniversary party.
September 15,1981	Residents vote to annex 6th addition to park.
February 11, 1986	Residents vote to build new complex. (799 for 570 against).
September 2, 1987	First use of swimming pool.
November 14, 1987	Dedication of New Complex.
February 22, 1990	Board of Trustees file resolution to establish park as a 55 and older park.
December 3, 1991	Residents vote to re-affirm seniors 55 and older status for park.
February 5, 1993	Filed amendments to deed restrictions with Clerk of Court Manatee County to make Trailer Estates a Deed Restricted Community for Seniors Age 55 or older.
December 6, 1994	Residents vote to annex 7th addition.
