Trailer Estates is a deed  restricted community where 55+ seniors can enjoy a variety of affordable lifestyles. Located in Bradenton, Florida between US41 and Sarasota Bay; our park is readily accessible to numerous restaurants, shopping centers, and medical facilities as well as the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport. Boat lovers can enjoy direct access to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from our marina. Boats can be docked at one of our rental slips or launched from our boat ramp. Maintenance services are available from Hix Marine. Residents can enjoy beautiful sunsets from our beach overlooking Sarasota Bay and Longboat Key or test their skills at shuffleboard, kayaking, horseshoes, bocce, and picnicking. Our spacious 60' x 30' heated pool can be used year round along with our large hot tub.  Showers and changing areas are available.  Pool chairs allow for sunning or snoozing. Numerous other activities are also available including exercise equipment, woodworking shop, bingo, dancing and live shows. Trailer Estates Fire Department provides emergency services for the district--complete with fire house, modern equipment, and well-trained personnel in fire fighting and emergency operations.
